• Encore Theater: An intimate venue with a seating capacity of 1,480 across two levels - orchestra and mezzanine. The front rows of the orchestra section offer the best views, providing a close and immersive experience.
  
• The Awakening Theatre is a state-of-the-art purpose-built venue for Awakening. 1,600 seats are arranged around the stage on a single, raked level, ensuring every seat offers a unique view. The show is performed on a 360-degree prismatic stage that undulates and expands to serve the production.
  
• The resort also includes the Encore Beach Club and XS - an intimate venue surrounding the pool area. Both venues offer scenic views and flexible seating arrangements for private and public events.

The Wynn opened in April 2005 on the site of the former Desert Inn. The resort was developed by and named after famous business tycoon Steve Wynn, following his meteoric rise on the Strip. It broke the Las Vegas tradition of basement casinos as the founder insisted on having natural light in the area. In 2008, Encore Las Vegas joined the complex, connected via the luxury shopping hub - Esplanade. To mark the grand opening of the resort, which coincided with the birthday of Wynn's spouse, the daring risktaker managed to climb to the top of the tower while a helicopter recorded him and the property. This footage was played during the Superbowl XXXIX and garnered a lot of attention for the opening ceremony. Just as Wynn had initially hoped, the resort brings 'le rêve' (the dream) to the Strip.

• Unlike most of its neighbors, the resort does not have a common theme running through its design. The resort, designed by DeRuyter Butler and Roger Thomas, covers over 5 million square feet but maintains an intimate feel.
  
• Facade: The resort's signature curved bronze glass exterior was designed to evoke the desert landscape. Although opinions on this design were mixed, with some critics comparing it to outdated office towers, Wynn defended the design as functional.
  
• Interior: Inside, the structure incorporates abundant natural light and an indoor garden atrium with live trees and plants, with contributions from over 130 designers. The design includes red accents and floral motifs, which are considered lucky in many cultures.
  
• Notable Features: The Lake of Dreams, a 3-acre lake, features a singing steelhead, a dancing frog, and new 28-foot bird animatronics. This multimedia show combines music, projections, and water effects for a uniquely enchanting experience.
