The show information didn't advise that it's 18+. We're from Toronto, Canada and booked 4 tickets for my family, including a 15 and 11 year old. We've been to a few Cirque shows so didn't even consider that being an issue so that's a pretty important detail that should have been included on the site while purchasing. We were denied entry and they submitted a request for a refund on our behalf, which I hope we receive quickly.
